Volkswagen Plant Chattanooga, TN Automotive Case Study

Project Details:
W.J. O’Neil is the mechanical contractor for the new Chattanooga plant. The contract includes the piping system that will deliver gas, air, chilled water, hot water, and steam throughout the plant. The piping includes stainless, high-pressure gas, and heavy industrial process piping and is being fabricated in our fab shop in Chattanooga. Project is scheduled for completion in August 2010.

GM - Delta Delta Township, MI Automotive Case Study

Project Details:
W.J. O’Neil was the mechanical contractor for the central utility complex for the Delta Township plant. We installed and piped chillers, boilers, and air compressors. We also provided design assistance with our 3D CAD capability. This was a six-month project and everything was fabricated in our Livonia fab shop.
